In today’s fast-paced, high-tech world prioritizing
peace, creativity, lifestyle and happiness

To support young women and children under 25, I host a meditation night every Thursday at 7:00pm. The goal is to improve clarity, balance the positive and negative minds and bring harmony to the body through meditation and movement sequences.
